This guy is an amazing artist. He only uses a pencil, photoshop and an optical mouse. I found him in this forum post, but he also has a big portfolio in his deviant art page.

A pencil, photoshop, and a mouse… but that’s what most artists use!
Well, I suppose it’s impressive if he inks his images using just the mouse. Unless he does it with vectors, in which case that’s pretty simple stuff.
