DJ Champion – Alive Again
For this Monday Music Video, I bring you DJ Champion’s latest single. You might remember the last single they had: No Heaven.

The music is Kidstreet – Song, which you’ve probably heard in Ford’s ads before.

For this week’s Monday Music Video, I bring you my newest musical addiction: The Heavy. I just discovered them on Friday while watching AUX, a music TV station that actually plays music videos (imagine that?). The toughest part was simply choosing whether to post this video, or another awesome one of theirs called Sixteen. I hope you like them as much as I do!
All proceeds go to support Haiti. It’s a pretty slick cover of the song, to boot.
I know there wasn’t a Monday Music Video last week and you were all clearly heartbroken, but if I can’t post something good and new, then I’m not going to post anything at all. But don’t fret! This week I have something both new and AWESOME! Enjoy!
It’s President’s Day in the US today. I thought this was funny little spoof of Timbaland’s song Apologize.
A bit of a delay with this week’s Monday Music Video, and for that I apologize, but I’ve been fighting a cold and today I was busy with work, so things got a little sidetracked! So here’s a band I jotted down as one to check out at some point and promptly forgot. I really should check them out!
Here’s a cool one for the Monday Music Video this week. I discovered it over on Cartoon Brew, where they were mostly talking about the animation (which is a nod to old animation from the 30s), but the music itself is pretty good too! The video is every so mildly NSFW (just in case someone’s REALLY sensitive). Enjoy!
I hope The Old Republic is exactly like this! I’ll be very disappointed otherwise.
And now, for something completely different for your Monday Music Video. Here is some of the nerdiest R&B you might ever hear. Enjoy!
And now another Monday Music Video, folks! I’ts from a band called Bear in Heaven. I’ve been listening to their latest album, but sadly there aren’t any videos available for the songs from it, so you’re getting a slightly older one, but it’s still good stuff!
Christmas is nearing, and as such, it’s time for some Christmassy tunes. This one’s from Sufjan Stevens who did a whopping 5-disc Christmas album set. So here it is as your Monday Music Video! Merry Christmakwazannukah folks! (I found out Ramadan is in August, so I had to leave it out. I could incorporate Eid, but I’m not sure how to best do it: Christmakwanzannukeid? Christmeidkwanzannukah? These are tough questions!).
Another Monday, another Music Video! This one struck me as kind of funny, as the band name is Jupiter One, which reminds me of the Aliens inspired game we had way back when (15 years ago… I feel old). In reality, the band is named after the ship in Lost in Space. All that said, enjoy the video!
Ever seen the movie Rushmore? It’s quite clearly the inspiration for this video, and it’s a style I’ve always liked, so obviously this video is doubly awesome for me.
Enjoy the latest Monday Music Video, folks!
I had no idea, but Jason Schwartzman, the actor (The Darjeeling Limited, Rushmore, etc), used to be in Phantom Planet (the band) and is now in Coconut Records (the band/solo project). So here he is, as that second band, as your Monday Music Video!
Here you go, folks! The latest Monday Music Video! I hope you all like it!
